Kids Birthday Pageant Show – Participant Instructions

Welcome, Royal Guests!

We’re so excited you’ll be joining our Birthday Pageant Show where we will crown a Party Queen and Party King. Every child will shine like royalty and leave with a special prize!

Dress in your favorite costume, party outfit, or whatever you can have tons of fun in.

• Be ready for a fun question from our judges (nothing tricky—just playful and easy!).

1. Arrive on time to check in and get your participant badge.
2. The pageant will have two fun rounds:
   • Parade Walk – Show your outfit & smile.
   • Question Time – Answer one silly question.

Everyone gets a special award — only two will get the crowns of Birthday King & Queen.

• Main Titles: Party Queen & Party King.
• Fun Titles for Everyone: Best Smile, Silliest Walk, Most Colorful Outfit, Kindest Heart, etc.

Parents: Please make sure your child is comfortable participating. The event is meant to be lighthearted, inclusive, and fun for all ages.
